MY MESSAGE TO YOU
On November 13th, vote Charles Umeh for City Council ward 4!
Why I heard you ask.. and my answer is that throughout my journey as an entrepreneur and public servant, serving my community has always been my greatest joy, and if you want things changed.. you step up and change it. I'm a business owner who is playing my part and contributing to local economic growth and employment opportunities in our city, and I feel first hand the disastrous decisions our current city councilors have been making.
I am running for City Council because there is crisis at City Hall. Core services such as snow and garbage clearing, public transit, sidewalk & road construction and maintenance are being neglected, while our tax dollars keep going up to fund vanity projects! This current city council has constantly shown they cannot be trusted to be fiscally responsible.
I am dedicated to advocating for City Council to refocus on efficiently providing core services, implementing strict budget controls, while addressing critical infrastructure needs. With my background as a local business owner who recognizes the need for strong fiscal management and has extensive experience across various levels of government, I am dedicated to bringing practical, informed solutions to City Council for the benefit of Ward 4.
My Vision for the Future of Ward 4: As most of us do, I envisage a future where our communities thrive as a safe, vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable community.
As a true believer in the strength of collective wisdom, experience, and aspirations of every resident. I pledge to always seek community feedback and opinion from all corners, valuing every voice and perspective.
My Experience: With over a decade of leadership in both public and private sectors, and an MSc. in International Operations and Supply Chain Management, I believe I’ve gained valuable experience that will allow me as your councillor to serve you the best.
Let’s work together to shape the future of our community. I am eager to meet with each of you in your individual homes, to learn firsthand how I can better represent you as bona fide stakeholders in the City of Regina.
